Specialized foundry delivering metallurgically optimized, heat & wear-resistant castings for grate-kiln induration lines and sintering pallet car assemblies. Focus on thermal fatigue resistance, creep-rupture stability, and abrasive-oxidative synergy control under cyclic 1,000–1,250°C service conditions.

We mainly produce customized and mass-produced wear-resistant, impact-resistant and high-strength cast parts covering crusher components, mineral processing accessories, mining excavation and conveying castings, such as jaw plates, crusher liners, hammer heads, ball mill liners, bucket teeth, track shoes and heavy-duty bearing housings. With rich experience in solving casting challenges for harsh mining working conditions featuring abrasive wear, heavy load and field corrosion, we consistently deliver reliable, cost-effective mining casting solutions for global mining equipment OEMs and end users to enhance equipment durability and reduce operational maintenance costs.
